Pizza in Rome

The pizza in Italy is not like the pizza we typically eat in the U.S. It's is very good and very different.



This is how you see it when you walk into a Pizzeria. It is already prepared.



Unlike the U.S., most of the time there is no "Pizza sauce" in between the dough and the cheese.

Personally, I like the Spinach Pizza. I did try many other different toppings.





They cut it to the size you wish, weigh it, and heat it.





Last, but not least, let's not forget the Potato Pizza. Yes, those are real potatoes on the pizza.
